Summer founded the company in 2019 and grew the business significantly during the height of the COVID pandemic.

With over 18 Years of Project Manager experience in multicultural and international environments Summer has led teams from all over the world and now specializes in Interior design & photography to really make the project shine. Also, the systemization skill helps the small business to grow.

Summer is an award-winning property professional having undertaken an MBA, and studied under Simon Zutchi and Valter Pontes in their top programs.

Making sure the technical details of the build goes smoothly, Craig has been involved in the building industry from an early age, helping his dad do office renovations from an early age.

​

More recently Craig has also focused on stakeholder interests, ensuring the highest level of quality is achieved for each of our projects.

 

Craig has a passion for service and focuses this on the Serviced Accommodation projects where we maintain a 5-star rating with returning guests.

Jane manages all of the day to day runnings to make sure everyone is on point and the clients' needs are fully covered.

​

Jane has many years of experience managing corporate management teams and loves to focus on the people side of things.

​

Jane has a passion for the outdoors and makes sure that all of our processes and deliverables are as eco-friendly as possible.

We are always looking for ways to minimise our environmental impact and Jane really drives these targets to fruition.
